West Ham United have touched down in Western Australia ahead of a pair of pre-season friendlies against Perth Glory and Tottenham Hotspur.
The Hammers arrived in Perth on Tuesday night; David Moyes’s side will take on Glory on Saturday, July 15 at Optus Stadium before a friendly London Derby against Ange Postecoglou’s Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday, July 18.

England international Jarrod Bowen headlines the 20-strong squad which touched down in Perth, along with goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski, striker Danny Ings and midfielder Pablo Fornals.

Also among the touring party is striker Gianluca Scamacca, currently linked with a move to Jose Mourinho’s Roma, former Chelsea defenders Kurt Zouma and Emerson Palmieri, plus Italy international centre-back Angelo Ogbonna.
But the squad is without a number of big names, who don’t report back to the club until the end of next week, owing to national team commitments and the club’s extended UEFA campaign in 2022-23, which saw West Ham clinch the Europa Conference League title in Prague in early June.
Among the absentees is England star Declan Rice, who is on the cusp of a mega-money move to Arsenal. Michael Antonio is on international duty with Jamaica at the CONCACAF Gold Cup, while Brazil playmaker Lucas Paqueta and Algerian winger Saïd Benrahma are also absent from the touring squad.
Still, Moyes will be able to field a formidable XI in Perth, with several young players from the Hammers’ famed academy out to earn more minutes with the first team next season.
